COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a tasty brew. It’s a bock with a nice flavor and notes of malt and caramel. The foundations for this Easter Brew was laid mid January, where the malts were mixed. The pronounced caramel flavor comes from the brewing on open fire, something only few brewers are able to do. It has been stored for 2 months.

Bamsen78 (3078) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2013
Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel with a pronounced dusty note, possibly due to the fact that the bottle is 2 years past the BBD. The note is present the flavour, too, which is otherwise agreaable, sweet with clear notes of malt and caramel. Warming alcohol presence. Dusty aftertaste. Not bad but needs re-rating.

Bottle. [thank you, Myrup!]
Pours a clear orange amber with a fizzy off white head that settles as a thin film. Aroma is malty, with clear caramel and a bit of fruityness. Low carbonation. Flavour is sweet and quite powerful, caramel and dried fruits. But there is a by-taste of cardboard-like yeast, along with a quite powerful vinious note.
