COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

50 cL bottle, courtesy of HenrikSoegaard. Pours golden deep orange to brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is yeasty and dark malty. Light fruity. Sweet, malty and fruity flavoured. Dense malty and sweet. A bit of ageing would do it better. Lasting sweet malty and roasted finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, dextrose, and alcohol, leading to a dry alcoholic finish Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 10.5%. Mild phenolic, yeasty aroma, acetone, better than it sounds. Hazy red/amber colour. Small stable tan head. Very sweet sugary flavour. Some teaish notes, vanilla. Rough hoppiness, clean enough, though. Seems quite green still. Should have been lagered for another few years, at least. Why so strong in alcohol? Why so sweet?

Bottle. It’s a clear amber beer with a dense, beige head leaving lacings. Candyish nose with fruits and some nail polish remover. Caramel hints and sweetness. The flavor is sweet and fruity, with a good dash of alcohol. Full body. Not a very successful beer, way too sweet and alcoholic. 100924

thewolf (11131) - Kolding, DENMARK - DEC 29, 2010
Bottle, bought @ a winestore in Viborg.
Pours muddy orange with a giant, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, light yeast, caramel. Highish carbonation, fine dry and creamy mouthfeel. A bit too spritzy for its own good. Flavour is mild, light Belgian sugar, caramel, some chocolate, vinious. Mild bitterness with some liqourice in the finish. Good, but not overly well-put-together.
