3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JUL 19, 2007 Bottle, from Lyager Vin, Fredericia. A deep red bown with a thin white film head. Aroma is quite complex. Generally fruity, but with quite a dose of raisins, plums and vinious. Low carbonation, and quite powerful in the alcohol. Flavour is perhaps a little dominated by the alcohol, but has a clear presence of roasted malts, dried fruits and a lot of toffe-like caramel.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Ølfestival Horsens 2006. A nice copper color and a creamy and delicious head. The aroma is crisp and fruity, and the flavour is fruity with notes of caramel, roasted malt, and I do not feel the alcohol. It has a nice bitterness. I like this one, but I wouldn’t call it trappist style, but Belgian, yes... 1644
