Bottle… Pre-C&P’sLYFO Throwdown… Clear, very dark brew with a small, creamy, khaki head. The aroma is hearty, charred and fruity, offering notes of berries, chocolate and espresso. Medium-bodied with gentle carbonation. The flavor is nutty and chocolaty. Moderately sweet and acidic with low bitterness. Sweet, tangy, chocolaty finish. Kudos to SoLan for sharing this bottle at CCBC!

Draught (EBF2008)
Chocolatey aroma. Lively carbonation. Light body - no way this is 6.7% as indicated in the programme. Decent burnt edge to the rich roasty taste. OK hops too. So so so easy to drink.
