Bottle, 50cl. Pours Brown, slight dark reddish amber color with a moderate foamy head. Aroma is rich towards the sweet, ripe-fruitiness. Yeast, sweet malt, brown sugar, ripe fruits, syrup, raisin, caramel, toffee, herbs and berries. Taste is spicy, roasted malt sweetness, light caramel, grain, raisin and ripe fruits. Some liquorice as well as yeast. Moderate to long duration sweet, alcoholic aftertaste. Medium to full body, oily sticky texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle. Clear chestnut brown, medium sized off white head. Belgian yeast, phenolic, light flowery, light brown sugar, warming. Medium body, medium sweet and light/medium bitter with some alcohol to challenge the sweetness. Oily texture, soft carbonation. Not bad. Wilbek lives!

Bottle: Thanks Papsø: Served in a shaker: Medium to smaller sized yellow beige colored foamy head on top of a beautiful hazy ruby red brown colored beer. Aromas of sweet malts and malt toast, some nuts, some nuts and grains, some caramel, raisin, light toffee tones, some autumnal herbs, some cacoa and some berries. Flavour has tones of cacoa, some spices, malts, malt toast, light caramel, bitters, some liquorice wood, marzepin, cream, corn, hay toast, some raisin, berries and prunes. Aftertaste has toast, marzepin, malts, some raisin, grains and some bitters. Low to medium carbo, creamy light spiced mouthfeel, good Medium bodied and a creamy texture. This could easily be a Dunkler Bock. Easy drinkable for 8%ABV and it does the job.

50cl bottle thank to Papsoe. Dark brown color with thin head. Carbonation is soft and easy. Medium bitterness and sweetness. Some sourness also. Aroma is caramel, malt, yeast and wine.
