Ginger isn?t the first thing that comes to mind! Slight ginger on the nose, this is a dark blonde beer that balances the light malt with peppery hops. The ginger adds a bit of warmth rather than zing. Plenty of carbonation, which doesn?t do a lot for the beer in my opinion. Possibly could have been drunk a little cooler?
