Commercial Description:

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a dark redbrown beer with a lightbrown head. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, licorice and hops (citrus). The flavor is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and hops. The mouthfeel has some watery thin feeling. The aroma and flavor of this beer is good, but it finishes too thin.

It’s a black stout with a huge, light brown and creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate – or rather more cocoa than chocolate and some sourness. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, a light sweetness, sourness and a dry, roasted bitterness with a twist of citrus. It’s not very harmonic.

Bottle @ home.
Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, a bit of sour malt as well. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120508)
