Troebel, geel, veel wit schuim. Aroma van citrus en hop. Een doordrinker met een levendig palet.

Light hazy yellow golden body with bubbly white head. Refined spice aroma, wheat and pale malts to provide a smooth backup, grassy, good classic hop mix. Light bitter, tripel typical spice, yet accessible. Nice drinkable palate, plain bit well executed. Nice, not super surprising but great execution. (33cl bottle from Bierparadijs)

Countbeer (2853) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 17, 2013
Bottle: Bigger sized, vas, fluffy and sometimes airy, white foamy head, settles down slow on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Aromas of clay, some hops, some floral tones, some ash, some malts and cream. Flavour has a nice bitterness, though the malts are to clay ish and have a strange bitterness but the floral bitterness is very nice. A creamy mix with a fine malty and stronger (luckily) herbal hop floral and bitter tone with a sprinkle of bread ish yeast. Easy drinkable and without the clay tones this is a nice thirstclencher. Aftertaste is mostly a nice floral bitter bouquet, some malts, sprinkle of yeast and a bit dry packed. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture. Clay is irritating, luckily after a while it all changes for some floral fruity tones.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, yellow colour with a blond, firm and huge foamy head. Yeasty spicy, citric and wheaty aroma. Mildly bitter flavour, quite light bodied with a lively carbonation. Dry wheaty taste with soicy and herbal accents and delicately citrus-fruity notes; quite dry, citric and slightly lemony finish. Nice and uncomplicated. 10.I.13
