Really nice beer, almost same taste as there tripel but less alcohol. This makes this beer more accessible. Splendid!

Big light orange body, 2 finger white head. Very yeasty citrus nose. Lots of lemon, citrus, cloves and bready yeast. Very drinkable. has a saison character. Great job!

Pour @BBF 02/2014, ZA. (unfortunately from bottle, is 5% bottle refermentation hard to transplant on keg?). Top pale ale sessioner, a true modern Belgian pale ale that is informed by modern saisons, APA and wit. Dry palate, hints of wit fruitiness, gently dryhopped imparting lovely citrus, but steering clear of the Belgoo dryhopping= air freshener trap. Once again, I am backing any fresh, below 6% Belgian Ersatz sessioner as long as BE sessioning lagers or pilsners remain sub par. This is one to gently seduce regular, high ABV-abstaining drinkers without making any quality compromises, for which Dilewyns deserves credit. Tap next time?

(Bottled) Murky yellow with a small, lasting head. Freshly citrusy and witbier-spicy nose with ginger clearly present. Flavor of fresh and gingery, wheaty maltiness, citrusy fruitiness, touch of acidity. Almost medium body, refreshing and soft CO2. A fresh and pleasant terrace drink with plenty of character for its ABV.

Light hazy yellow golden body with bubbly white head. Refined spice aroma, wheat and pale malts to provide a smooth backup, grassy, good classic hop mix. Light bitter, tripel typical spice, yet accessible. Nice drinkable palate, plain bit well executed. Nice, not super surprising but great execution. (33cl bottle from Bierparadijs)

Bottled. Deep, cloudy golden color. Tall head. Dry mineral and grass nose, a bit of lemon. Dry hoppy flavor, orange, bread, minerals. Great balance. A little sweet, but then dry, dry, finish and bitter, with grains. Airy body. Love it.
