Mix of Vicaris Tripel and Boon lambic.

Draft... Pours mostly clear and deeply golden with a small, frothy, white head. The aroma furnishes stone fruits and a mild note of very funky cheese. Medium to full-bodied with lively carbonation. Tastes a lot like a tripel blended with a lambic - lightly sweet, tart, mildly bitter, fruity and bold. Finishes tangy and lightly bitter with minerals.

Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with fine carbonation. Light sourness with mild lemon and tangerine. Seltzer. A bitterish floral character on the back end. Mild geuezey wet wood. Light dry finish. Interesting and drinkable.

This is a full flavored beer that starts on the nose with an apparent yeastiness, orange blossom honey, baking spices and citrus. When tasting this beer it’s a different story with tropical fruits like pineapple present up front that leads into a candied lime zest flavor. Slightly sweet and dominatly tart this beer packs allot of flavor and finishes dry. This is a highly enjoyable combination

Shared 750 ml. bottle poured to snifters, showing a cloudy, orangey gold color, with a white, bubbly head, and spots & strands of lacing. The aroma started dry and sour, then followed with more of a traditional Tripel nose, with Belgian yeast, spice, citrus as lemon & orange, and a hint of candy sweetness. Medium bodied, the taste was similar, with lively carbonation that helped accentuate the amped tartness & dryness, some alcohol participation, and a crisp finish. An appealing blend.
