Poured from bottle to glass. Hazy golden hue with white head. Aroma is lemon, pear, melon, peppercorn, slight funk. Mouthfeel is good with a light body and crisp carbonation. Taste is dry throughout with a peppery spice following and tart earthy finish. Overall this is a decent brew.

Bottle. Golden brown with an off white head. Aromas are funky and cheesy with yeast and base caramel. Strawberries with lemon and floral aspects. Vinegar with hints of creamy oak. Flavours are tart green apple with apple skin and yeast. Spritzy with woody oak and cheesy notes. Dry and puckering on the finish with peppery alcohol. Good.

This is what you get when you blend trippel with Gueuze. Interesting but not totally convincing.

Bottle from Willems. Hazy gold pour with frothy creamy white head. Aroma is funky, nice gueuze funk, grass, mineral notes, white fruit, pear, coconut. Taste is lightly tart, lemony, quite fruity, somewhat like a bretted saison, white wine notes, pretty strong dry mineral finish. Palate is med bodied with medium carbonation. Tasty.

Strange mix of a tripel and a gueuze. Results in a sour lambic-like beer, with some more yeast than usual and some extra fruit. I like the styles better seperately, but I appreciate the experiments.

Bottle shared at chriso’s. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose has dank wood, basement, old citrua, grass. Medium sweet flavor with more grass, some sugary candies, melon, tangerine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tangy finish with more tart lemon, dry candies, some lemon rind. Pretty nice.

Not much Gueuze about this beer but acid unit is growing when the carbonic acid calms down.

Bottled@HBF2014 (thanks for the sampler to VastActiv). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sour wood, some quite sweet mash like notes along with a bit of spices and honey. Flavour is honey, some floral notes as well as a nice wooden sourness and tartness. Nice sweetish sour "blend of brews".
