COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mix of Vicaris Tripel and Boon lambic.

Smooth lush and an acknowledgement of the beauty of a Tripel. I could drink often because of the smoothness

33cl bottle at home. Somewhat hazy dark orange with medium white soapy head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced sweet, sour and bitter tones. Peach, lemon, some vinegar, grass, caramel and malts. A tasty sour brew!

Draft at chucks. Hazy gold. Fruity caramel and cheese cocktail. Slick texture, soft carb. Fine I guess, but I can’t imagine a future time when I think "yeah, this is exactly what I want."

Assaggio da 100ml allo Zythos Beer Festival 2015: Interessante blend tra Tripel e Lambic (birrificio Boon). Aromi di coperta di cavallo pera e pepe. Decisamente funky. Colore dorato. In bocca dolce, acido e un pizzico di amaro danzano in equilibrio perfetto. Corpo secco e leggero, carbonazione sostenuta.

Pour on tap, hazy golden orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of funk, cheese, minerals, some oak into a bit of tart lemon, some sugary vanilla, bread, biscuit, some spice into a bit of lemon, some white fruits. Taste was a mix of more tripel than gueuze, some white fruit, biscuit, bread, hints of vanilla, oak, some slight funk and lemon, finishing slightly tart, slightly sweet.

Aroma of tart fruits, yeast, barnyard funk. Flavour is moderate sour and light sweet. Very dry. Definitely enjoyable, succesful blend of Tripel and Gueuze.
