Bottle. It forms a big, off-white head over an unclear, golden body. Some lacings left. The aroma has a yeasty hint initially, feeling milky after a while. Besides that it’s on the fruity side, with a hint of peppery, grassy hops. Semi-sweet on the palate, with pale malts, oranges and a generic fruityness. Full body, soft but a bit low on carbonation. Some bitterness in the otherwise fruity finish. A decent one, nothing more. 130430

Plutot classique, jolie petite blonde bien claire.

Had it on tap, very nice golden/yellow clear pour with a nice thick 2" whte head. Nice aroma with shuttle floral and spice notes. Taste was smooth, with a mild sweet, and a little hit of sour flavor. Just beginning my enjoyment of Belgian Tripels. The 8.5% ABV is very well hidden. A very good beer
