Trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner stabilen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Früchten, hefig, würzig. Geschmack süß malzig, würzig, hefig, Gewürze, leicht alkoholisch.

750ml ($12.95) An extremely smooth abbey triple. The taste is comparable to most other high end abbey ales. a very well balanced beer and has little to no sediment. Fairly uncommon to find in the states so if you spot it try it out. I would buy again.

Tripel? seems a bit light for that but that being said this was an easy drinker that poured light yellow with a big pure white head. yeast and apples in the aroma with a yeasty lemony apple taste. alcohol came through a bit but not overbearing. CO2 seemed high and body is light, not bad not mindblowing just good.

Bottled from speciaalbierpakket.nl, BB 29/10/16, large sample, served in a trappist glass. Hazy golden color, big frothy lasting off-white head. Aroma of grainy malts, some mashed apples, slight spicy. Bit sweet, slight flowery bitterness, bit spicy. Finishes a bit dry, slight metallic hint. Medium to high carbonation, thin to medium bodied. Seems to have a bit of oxidation with the metallic notes and mashed apples. Bit disappointing actually from this brewery, maybe should retry.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out pears, oxidation, cardboard, yeast soup and some earthy mustiness. Flavour brings out notes of pears, apple, Belgian yeast and some oxidation (it’s a new-ish bottle). Quite yeasty, musty and highly carbonated. Certainly not one of the better, more complex tripels out there, but it’s drinkable enough. Decent.

Good triple with much carbonation. Slightly tart finish. Easy volcanic at opening. Lemon flavored. Beautiful foam when it settles.

Bottle into a crappy hotel glass. Lightly hazy gold with a solid white head and endless effervescing. Aroma is sweet and citrusy. Taste adds a big shot of Belgian yeast.

Dick und blumig mit etwas Vanille, Karamell und Hopfen. Stellenweise dick hefig mit heftiger Perlung.

From tap in proper glass, looks nicely with a good head. Very enjoyable beer with a nice aroma of hops that reminds me of an IPA. Not exactly your average triple. Very refreshing on a warm day.
