After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick blond and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch . This beer smells fruit.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Brewed by Proef. Hazy golden. Yeasty fruity aroma with honey and light spiciness. Sweetish flavor, slightly grainy, with yeast, fruits and a drier finish with light spiciness. Medium-bodied. So-so.

Pours a bright golden yellow color. Aromas of hops, fruit, and a little yeast. Has a light fruity taste, with some yeasty notes, and a good hop flavor.

Golden colour, tranparent with light carbonation and a weak head. Mouldy wet bread smell, overripe peaches, black banana’s with an underlying acidity. Some caramel in there with a warm alcoholic sweetness. The taste is fizzy warm fruitiness with a sour chocolaty aftertaste. The alcohol is somewhat overbearing but it does give the beer a nice warmth.

Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of malt, Belgian yeast, and some caramel. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet malt finish. 8.5%ABV is completely hidden throughout.
