Golden colour, tranparent with light carbonation and a weak head. Mouldy wet bread smell, overripe peaches, black banana’s with an underlying acidity. Some caramel in there with a warm alcoholic sweetness. The taste is fizzy warm fruitiness with a sour chocolaty aftertaste. The alcohol is somewhat overbearing but it does give the beer a nice warmth.

Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of malt, Belgian yeast, and some caramel. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet malt finish. 8.5%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

On tap at City Beer. Pours golden with a thin off-white head and a banana aroma. There is a fruity flavor iwth a flat gueuze-like finish. This is an interesting version of Belgian Tripel in that it is very fruity and slighlty sour.

Pale yellow with a huge billowing white head that descends quickly. Aroma of coriander, grapefruit, citrus, and earth. Taste starts off with the Belgian spices and transitions into caramel and orange peel. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Lingering taste.

Looks like most of trippels. Hazy, orange and white head; remarkably just like the image in this page. Taste is a bit sweet, alcoholic and strong. This is not very complex aroma bomb, but nice and balanced. Palate of this beer is extraordinary good, silky and pleasant. I assume that is the reason why people might like this beer.
