After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick blond and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch . This beer smells fruit.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Brewed by Proef. Hazy golden. Yeasty fruity aroma with honey and light spiciness. Sweetish flavor, slightly grainy, with yeast, fruits and a drier finish with light spiciness. Medium-bodied. So-so.

Golden colour, tranparent with light carbonation and a weak head. Mouldy wet bread smell, overripe peaches, black banana’s with an underlying acidity. Some caramel in there with a warm alcoholic sweetness. The taste is fizzy warm fruitiness with a sour chocolaty aftertaste. The alcohol is somewhat overbearing but it does give the beer a nice warmth.

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of malt, Belgian yeast, and grass. Poured yellow/gold in color with a large, creamy, dense, off-white head that lasted throughout. Slightly hazy. Not sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of malt, Belgian yeast, and some caramel. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet malt finish. 8.5%ABV is completely hidden throughout.
