Slightly cloudy golden with little particles. Small white head. Dusty and vineous aroma, with fruit and yeast. Dry, fruity flavour with lots of raisin.

Bottle at GBBF. Golden, white head. Malty wheat aroma, hay and banana. Hoppy flavor, grassy, sweetish, some alcohol.

Bottled. Golden blond. Small white head. Aroma is pretty typical for the style. Fruit notes, fresh flowers, light spice and yeast notes. Taste is much the same as well. Dried fruit flavors, Belgian yeast notes, floral hints, and spices. Body is medium and has a slight abundance of carbonation. Sort of dry during the finish, with more yeast and floral notes, light spices and fruit. My notes get pretty bad as this was one of the last of a surge at ZBF before leaving.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick blond and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch . This beer smells fruit.

Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits, yeast and slightly hint of floral hops. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a sweet and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled, at Reading Beer Festival, April 2006. Golden colour with a fluffy head. Sweetish and yeasty, with some light spicy clove/coriander notes. Some light hoppy late bitterness. Seemed a bit short of depth and intensity. Pleasant enough but not a lot to it.

Bottle @ Reading Beer Festival 2006. Clovey light alcohol to start. A little malt sweetness. Finish not very clean. Drinkable but not my favourite tripel.

Draught at ZBF 2008. Clear yellow coloured with a white head. Fruity aroma of yeast, spices, citrus and rubber. Fruity flavour of yeast and spices with notes of hops. Spicy finish.

Flaske 0,33l kjøpt på ‘t Antwaerps Bierhuiske og delt med Rune på Keizsershof Hotel i Aalst 1 Mai 11. Gylden / appelsinfarget. Pent kremaktig skum. Deilig humlearoma med litt sitrus & litt gjær. Fin sitronsmak. Avrundet. Blir litt ensformig men en tørr ettersmak av sitron kommer sigende.
