750ml ($12.95) An extremely smooth abbey triple. The taste is comparable to most other high end abbey ales. a very well balanced beer and has little to no sediment. Fairly uncommon to find in the states so if you spot it try it out. I would buy again.

From the 330 ml. stubby bottle. The pour is orange with a huge, lingering white foamy head and floating sediments. Aroma of toasted pale malts, pear, apple, berry, and spice. Light to medium body. The taste is sweet at first with a spicy, peppery bite hanging up the rear. Lingering. Enjoyable.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Pours unclear golden with a decent white head. Aroma is malty, yeasts, fruity notes, peach, apricot. Flavour is very sweet, alcol is very well hidden, light bitter end, a bit unbalanced but quite good. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Ok.

from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier - cloudy orange beer with a poor head retention; estery aroma with notes of fresh apples and candy sugar; sweet and full-bodied, solid carbonation, residual sweetness, spicy and estery fruity finish

Color miel, turbia.

Golden, bit orange hazy with big creamy white head. Mild bitterness mixed with fruity sweetness, quite typical for trippels. Fruity aftertaste with some bitter note.

Aroma of yeast, fruits, floral, bready malt, spicy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Rather dry. Quite nice Tripel with an above-average bitterness.

Bottle. Sweet peach/apricot aroma. Pours a cloudy orange with medium sized and well retained head. Very sweet fruity flavour - again peaches/apricots. Full bodied and more sweetness in the finish.

A essayer pour sortir des sentiers battus avec les triples qui dominent le marché. Triple correcte, trouble. 33cl, 1.30€ chez Vanuxeem.
