Bottle share. Decent brew. Masks the alcohol well with a golden yeasty mouth. A nice balance of fruity and citrus. very drinkable.

Bottle. Sweet peach/apricot aroma. Pours a cloudy orange with medium sized and well retained head. Very sweet fruity flavour - again peaches/apricots. Full bodied and more sweetness in the finish.

A essayer pour sortir des sentiers battus avec les triples qui dominent le marché. Triple correcte, trouble. 33cl, 1.30€ chez Vanuxeem.

0,33L bottle (from SIP, Tallinn). Pours golden with huge off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, medicinal, grass, fruits, fresh apples, citrus, spices. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, fresh apples, citrus. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: very enjoyable brew.

Draft. Gold with medium white head. Very sweet and fruity with some grain in the finish. Could be better if the sweetness was dialed back.

Nice small beer, with a citrus fruits aroma. No taste of alcohol due to the sugar (my friends says too much). Again, a good beer to drink in the sun, at a terrace.

Rich blond aroma with a strong citrus component. A bit sweet. Not bad but nothing special.

Bière légère à l’arôme citronée. Amertume douce. Un peu sucrée. Bière sympa à boire mais un peu trop classique.

Pours hazy pale gold with two fingers of rocky white head, excellent retention and lacing. (4/5) Nose is bready malt, coriander, tropical fruit, red berries, slight citrus. (8/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (8/10) Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, lingering bitter finish. (4/5) Oh yeah, I like this. Initially, this doesn’t seem all that much like the Generaal. (According to the brewer "The only difference between them is that the Tripel is brewed with one malt variety and Generaal with three.”) But after a couple of sips, the similarities become more apparent - I guess they really are brothers from a different mother. Nice depth of flavour that definitely grows on you, very pleasant Belgian. (16/20)

Bonne bière d’Abbaye, qui ne surprend pas, mais qui contient tous les aromes qu’on attend. légèrement sucrée, avec un léger gout de caramel. Bonne longueur en bouche.

bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Slightly hazy dirty light amber color, 3" rocky white head that is slow to drop, bubbly streaks of lace. Aroma of malt, bread, and coriander. Taste is yeasty malt that grows into the palate, becoming spicy while adding biscuit and hay. Just a little bittering is all that is needed to balance. This is an attractive looking, very well-balanced, and tasty Tripel, not overwhelming or loaded with alcohol. High recommendations.
