COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Victory and Samuel Adams have joined forces to brew a limited release, collaboration beer, Brewer’s Plate Stout, developed exclusively for Philadelphia’s premier food and beer pairing event, The Brewer’s Plate. Representing a rich tradition for both breweries, flavorful European hops shine in this robust, hop-forward take on an Irish Dry Stout, featuring roasted malts and oats to provide a softer backdrop for the expressive and mildly bitter flavor profile. With pleasantly rounded dark fruit notes from the ale fermentation, fans will reach for another of this tasty and popular style for March.

murky sepia, puffy cream head. Dead grain nose, lightly earthy and roasty, too faint and muted, synthetic. Softened wood and roast front, mid too sweet for balance before slightest coffee grind finish. Softest palate, profile as if nitro’d to hell.
