Jul 16, 2008 Tap at Blind Tiger. Deep amber beer. No head. Aroma is strange, lightly herbal and toasty. Earthy and lightly chewy with a light herbal bitterness and a bit of light earthiness. Soft bitterness with some light chewy maltiness. Earthy and a little bit chewy. It’s not bad. Lingering crackery malts.

Jul 10, 2008 On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours a dark amber with a small head. Aroma of sweet malts. Flavor is very malty, including some roasted malts. Pretty decent beer, not too much going on here, but it serves its purpose well.

Jun 5, 2008 Had awhile back at PJs [copper lager] - didnt realize it was a victory. Poured a dark copper body with small head. The aroma was light, but sweet. The taste is smooth with some malt in the finish.

May 27, 2008 On tap at PJ’s as copperlager, poured a nice dark copper copper with a good amount of head. Nice toasted malt flavor with a lingering aftertaste.

May 22, 2008 Draft @ PJ Whelihan’s <Copper Lager>: Poured a dark orange color with a thin head. The aroma was sweet. The flavor was smooth, absolutely no hops. It was sweet and easy to drink. Overall, better than Yuengling.
