Pours a clear gold with a medium white head...lively looking. Aroma has some mild spice notes...coriander...slightly herbal...a note of something reminiscent of chamomile. Flavor has grassy bitterness, faint mild herbs, and notable chamomile flavor. Mouthfeel is full and lively with a bitter and dry grassy/herbal finish.

hazy gold, heavy white lacing and light head. Esters sweetness leads nose, light sage, wheat, and pavement. Flavor shows heavy bitterness from sage, lightly oily pine, sticky gum esters through zesty end. Too spiced and active, not dry enough.

On tap at P house, hazy, murky golden color with thin white head, not much lacing. Aromas of pear, belgian spice, pepper, hops, fruity malts and more. Flavor is a lot of the same with a juicy finish and lots of fruity belgian notes. Sessionable, good bite. This one should be a year round offering.
