vyvvy (1689), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA May 1, 2008 On tap at Blind Tiger in NYC. This one a most pleasant surprise. Pours hazy yellow with a dense white head. The aroma has pale pils malt, a touch of lemon and a full and rich aspect not seen in most pils. Smells delicious. Medium body that is crisp but and a nice fullness as well with nice soft gentle carbonation. The flavor starts with a full pils malt and some biting hop bitterness. The finish is very clean. Fantastic beer.
