WISEGUY572 (1103), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 29, 2008 Updated: Jul 2, 2008 I had two very different samples this week. One was an unfiltered draft, which was yeasty, very hazy, almost hefe in its appearance, mouthfeel, and citrus overtones. The other was a rare Tett bottling. I’ll rate the bottles, because they are more like the drafts that I have had previously at the brewery. The beer has a light Pils grassy or herbal nose. Mine was gorgeously clear, rich gold with a huge white head. Taste of bitter tett hopping, but not as bitter or as intense as previous braumiester Pils. Dry, simple, easy to drink, with a long bitter finish. // Had another a couple of days later and I really do like the assertive bitter finish.
