Commercial Description:
Exhibiting a deep, chestnut color and malty aroma All Malt Dark Lager is a very inviting beer. Mildly malty, with little lingering sweetness to note, Dark Lager is surprisingly refreshing. This is beer as it was meant to be, firm and satisfying. Seasonal specialty available January - April on draft.

Smells of grain, wheat and fruit. Pours a reddish-brown. Notes of hops, fruit, maybe raspberry in the flavor. Surprising and good.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Aroma of sweet fruit, some vomit. Flavor of earthy coffee, earthy fruit, vegetation. Not inspiring.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Corny, grainy aroma, with tomato. Wet hay, light corn. A very weak interpretation of the style, with no distinct characteristics. Comes across more as a slightly darkened American lager.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Deep amber beer. No head. Aroma is strange, lightly herbal and toasty. Earthy and lightly chewy with a light herbal bitterness and a bit of light earthiness. Soft bitterness with some light chewy maltiness. Earthy and a little bit chewy. It’s not bad. Lingering crackery malts.

On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours a dark amber with a small head. Aroma of sweet malts. Flavor is very malty, including some roasted malts. Pretty decent beer, not too much going on here, but it serves its purpose well.
