The aroma and taste are heady peppery hops with hints of pine resin. The malts and ABV nicely balance with the big bitterness. Almost too easy to drink.

All ipas should strive for this level of c awesomeness. Pours a shimmering yellow with beautiful white lacing. Aromas and flavors melon and honey dew and tropical goodness. Enough lupulin in there to keep hopheads satiated. Amazing.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Where and how: bottle 355 ml
Aroma old school Victory. Aromatic hops, sugar dipped mango. Mild peppery hints with semi dry alcohol that balances sweetness well. Traditional straight old school 2IPA with some tweaks.
Top: long lived creamy snowy white cap. Superb lace on glass.
Base: sunny amber with chill? haze.
Palate : soft, semi full bodied, delicate carbonation but not flat. Delicate set up yet flavorful. Mastery craftsmanship apparent.
Taste: subtle that one might wrongly call it simplistic. Fine detail are hiding in corners. Leafy citrusy bitters with soft sweet mid-top-end.
Other notes dangerously approachable, pleasure to have one.

This beer is really nice and starts with a hops and citrus aroma. The flavor is mild, bitter, potent. All alcohol is covered. The finish is sweet and just slightly spicy.

Bottle. Clear; Dark Amber. Aroma is sweet Citra hops with their wonderful floral scent, pine resin, caramel malts. Flavor is a delicious blend of herbal and sweet floral hops. The Simcoe and Mosaic really stand out. Great malt backbone to support the alcohol. Don’t drink more than 2 on an empty stomach. The wolf bites ;)
