The tastiest dark brew since the rollicking days of the infamous Donnybrook Fair, Donnybrook Stout offers unparalleled refreshment for an ale so deep in flavor and intrigue. Fresh, whole flower British and Slovenian hops provide the proper, earthy hint of 'the auld sod' while deep roasted barley and low alcohol keep Donnybrook Stout clean, smooth and flavorful. Served on mixture of 75% nitro and 25% CO2.

Deep brown pour with classic nitro head. Aroma is coffee, crystal and toasted malt. Flavor is light coffee, hints of coffee, some toasted malts. Thin mouthfeel. Maybe the tastiest below-session beer I’ve ever had.

Pours black with a one finger tan head with nice lacing. Aroma is of roasted malts, coffee, coco, caramel, sweet malts, and some light earthy hops. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. Has a medium-light body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a smooth, mostly sweet, medium finish. Overall, a decently tasty, easy drinking dry stout by a tad too thin.

Draft. Listed at 3.6% This one is a drushable dry stout, far more robust than guiness but weaker in abv. Finally a guinness contender but this stuff seems draft only.

Serving: from (nitro) tap at Flying Squirrel Pizza Company. Aroma: light malt. Appearance: small, creamy, light-brown, initial head with excellent lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, cola-brown body. Taste: lightly sweet and roasty initial flavor and finish with average duration. Palate: medium bodied with watery texture and flat-to-soft carbonation. Overall: pretty good. Nice roasty flavor.

Nitro draft. Black, perfect cream head. Huge roasted malt aroma with a nutty sweetness in the background. The taste follows with vanilla and hints of dark fruit. The mouthfeel is incredibly light and rich/creamy at the same time. (Nitro goodness). Guiness wishes they could do this. At 3.7% this is better than many of the big boy stouts! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
