COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The tastiest dark brew since the rollicking days of the infamous Donnybrook Fair, Donnybrook Stout offers unparalleled refreshment for an ale so deep in flavor and intrigue. Fresh, whole flower British and Slovenian hops provide the proper, earthy hint of 'the auld sod' while deep roasted barley and low alcohol keep Donnybrook Stout clean, smooth and flavorful. Served on mixture of 75% nitro and 25% CO2.

Pretty decent stout here. Typical black pour with foamy tan head. Mild aroma of roasted grains and weak coffee. Flavor was more of the same, roasted grains, coffee, cocoa, and a surprising hop finish. Creamy texture and easy drinking, a great session stout.

Very nice appearance look you would expect from a stout but mild and without character. No aroma to speak of and none of the chocolate or coffee flavors that make this style special.

Drank from the tap at a forgotten Brooklyn Dive Bar. Black pour with a thin, foamy head. Taste is thin and watery, barely noticible roasted malt and coffee flavor.

On tap at Khyber Pass Pub, Philadelphia. Dark black color. Creamy head. Little aroma and its not from being too chilled . Chocolaty malt, but weak flavor for the style.

Sampler at the brew pub. One word to describe this stout is SMOOTH. The taste of creamy roasted malts with very low alcohol content.

perfect example of the style...this makes me want to sit and drink all day long...and due to the light ABV content that is very much a possible reality!

Just not that tasty. All bland malts no character. i was rather surprised. Super creamy head poured dark. Mouthfeel was weak and slick. Taste was wet doggish.

Had on tap. Nitro poured into a pint glass a black color with a nice, creamy tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt with a little nuttiness. Taste of burnt chocolate and coffee along with the roasted malts.
