COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Seductively smooth, this medium-bodied amber beauty is akin to the great Oktoberfest beers of Munich. All German hops make this lager true to style. Patient cold aging makes it wonderfully smooth. In bottles September through February

Aroma of roasted malts and bitter hops. The appearance is an orange color with minimal head and little lacing. The taste is very much Marzen, with roasted malts and bitter hops coming through. Palate is medium body with minimal head, and average carbonation. Overall an OK Marzen

Sampled at the Great American Beer Festival on September 17, 2010. Smells like a Märzen… a good Märzen. Appearance is kinda lacking, very uneventfully dark/amber yellow in color. Up-front flavor of a traditional Märzen, but in the back it goes down much nicer. Overall, honestly, I’d say this is better than many of even the Germans can make such a beer. It’s surprisingly good. Very smooth, easy and delicious down the gullet. A great Märzen!

Pours a dark red color with an off white head. Smells caramelly and malty. Taste is very malty. I taste caramel malts as well some veggies. A very hearty and tasty autumn beer.

12oz Bottle poured into dimpled mug. Pours dark amber almost copper with minimal head. aromas of sweet malt. Very malty but not too sweet which is good but has a watery feel to it. Good session beer pretty balanced

Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft, 12 oz bottle. Medium copper orangeish pour with little to no head. Aroma is faint, but what is there is earthy and sweet, kind of like fresh mushrooms. Flavor has some hints of caramel, a hint of ripening vegetables, and a bit of a roasty character underlying throughout. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Solid Oktoberfest.
