Dec 12, 2005 fresh bread/doughy aroma. amber color, large sea foam head. tastes a bit like dough too, slightly sweet/sour. Pretty light on the flavor and palate, thin, somewhat watery. very easy finish. quite smooth, could drink this very fast.

Dec 2, 2005 bottle-pours orange with a small off/white whispy eggshel head. grainy, sweet toasted malt aroma with a big husky grain tone. some earthy flavors with some caramel sweetness, toasted bread, and some grain husks once again. body is fairly round for the style. finish is earthy, leafy, lightly bitter and sweet grain husks. not bad, but not a great ofest.

Nov 28, 2005 bottle. translucent copper body with a small white head. aroma is full of rye bread, cereal, and caramel. starts out fairly hoppy, though it’s not overwhelming for the style, bready malt flavours. tasty stuff.
