Light spicy German hops nose with additinal toffee and caramel notes, with even softer tones of cherry and fresh bread mixed in. Flavor was similar, quite toasty, lightly nutty, with caramel malt playing of the spicy hops rather nicely for balance. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, light toasty, German hop finish. Not bad, but nothing to write home about either... thomkenny (1), baltimore, Maryland, USA does not count | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2005 If you drink a few beers before hand, well........ this might be a beer you’d like. Not to impressive on me palate, unless you like water with a touch of ?????? This beer is better then Coors Light but what beer is not. If you drink Coors light and want to get crazy one day this is the beer for you. theacelatrain (262), Washington DC, USA

Tea-like malty nose with a deep toasty quality and mellow earthy hops. Sweet, toasty malt flavor. Has an element of over-baked crusty biscuits. Somewhat cloying and chalky. wnhay (722), Princeton, New Jersey, USA

The head looked big but dissapeared really quickly. Nose has caramel, currant, orange and citrus. Taste is descent overall but not real strong. There is a descent maltiness in the mouthfeel, but nothing to write home about. Nice balanced session beer from Victory, but not their best stuff. euserphriendly (163), Holland, Pennsylvania, USA
