COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Seductively smooth, this medium-bodied amber beauty is akin to the great Oktoberfest beers of Munich. All German hops make this lager true to style. Patient cold aging makes it wonderfully smooth. In bottles September through February

Amber pour with a thin white head. Aroma is caramel malt, little spice. Taste is wow! Flavorful caramel malt with a spicy note. Lasting aftertaste flavor.

Reddish amber with little to no head. Aroma of german hop funk and brown sugar. Deliciously smooth with hints of chocolate malt, cinnamon, a touch of hops, and a lightly dry finish. Nice marzen.

Bottle poured reddish to orange with off white head. Nice clean malty aroma a little br wary. Some sweet notes. The flavor is crisp and clean with nice malt backbone. First sip made me think of bratwurst .

Easy to drink and good for the style. I love Oktoberfest-style beers, but this isn’t quite as good as the real thing.

12oz bottle. Pours a copper/amber color with a foamy off white head. Aroma of toasted and sweet caramel malts, and herbal and earthy hops. Taste is toasted and caramel malts throughout, with some notes of oak and nuts.

Not a bad brew. I was looking for a Marzen out of seasonal time. Here it is! Aroma was bread and caramel, semi-sweet. Body is brown with a white head. Drinks pretty good with a lot of bread notes. Liquid bread with caramel and a hint of hops and sweetness. Not bad.

This was a pretty decent Marzen, but it was almost too sweet for the style. The body was smooth and full of light toffee and citrus with some nice bready characters, but got a tad sugary as it warmed up. While that is not necessarily a complaint, this one was drinkable as hell. Cheers!

A nice malty marzen with a tiny bit of spice and fruit to it. Good balance of malt and hops.

September 2010. pours orange/amber with a nice white head. Malty aromas with spice blended in. An OK beer, but nothing special.

Backlog rating 2-06-2009 (Bottle) This beer pours a small very fizzy off-white head that quickly dissipated, transparent body, fast rising carbonation, no lacing, and the body has an orange hue. The Aroma consists of malt, caramel, fruit, and hops. The Taste is malty, hoppy, fruity, and sweet. The Palate is slightly tingly and this is a light-medium bodied beer. All-in-all, this beer is easy to drink, nothing complex about this beer, rather boring to drink and not a beer that I will drink again.
