Commercial Description:
Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying.

Flaske: Lys parfumeret duft på en meget amerikansk inspireret trippel. Tydelig humlebitterhed og en god humling der spiller lækkert op til den parfumeret smag. Ekstrem drikbar.

One of my favorite American Belgian Tripel, this beer really has it all. Great aroma of coriander and other spices and really hits the tongue with a refreshing splash. Whether by sip or by gulp, this beer is enjoyable and an auto six-packer. This was a very solid Tripel. LC - CP

Lovely beer. Clear golden pour with a dense white head. Spicy with lots of fruit--apple and orange--and a good caramel malt quality. Spicy, alcoholic finish. Yum.

Bottle. A cloudy golden yellow color pour with a 3 finger full white head. Aroma is very nice a grainy, yeasty, spicy mixture that begs you to take a drink. Flavor is more complex than I had expected, quite malty, slightly sweet, wheaty,a big spicy profile of clove, ginger, corriander, and peppercorns, some bananna and a hint of lemon peel, a dry, grainy crisp mouthfeel, with a long dry finish, very tasty

The aroma is rather pleasant with many elements from both hef’s and Belgian ales. It’s got banana, clove, fruit, wheat, and bread yeast. The appearance is cloudy yellow with floating particles and a medium head. The flavor is like the aroma with an unpleasant bitter finish. The palate is thin but smooth. Overall it’s interesting but not much else.
