COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying.

Pours bright yellow with a very faint head. Smells yeasty, banana clove and a bit spicy. Comes up caramelly with a lot of yeast input which quickly turns to dominant clove and spice with an alcohol burn and a pretty big bitterness for a tripel. Medium full mouthfeel, extremely tiny bubbles.

Ugh. I don’t think I particularly like Tripels. Way too much yeast for my liking, with what seemed like a harsh alcohol taste. Did have some nice fruitiness though.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a vibrant gold mostly clear with a a nice bubbly white head with decent retention. Smell is bananas, orange and spices with a clove and pepper note. Some booze comes through as well. Taste is spicy with citrus and clove with good sweetness in the middle. This is balanced by a subtle hop finish and boozy kick. Has very good lacing for the ABV. Good example of the style, although not as easy drinking as other trippels I've had. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours clear pale gold and a bit fizzy. Very little head. Rich aroma - fruity, floral, slightly rich. Smooth feel that coats the tongue, with a nice effervescence. Full, round flavor - a bit spicy, slightly sweet with some citrus and vanilla;a bit of cloves too, maybe? Finishes with some bitterness which nicely offsets the initial sweetness. Very nice beer.

Out of a bottle. Weird aftertaste, not a huge fan. Wanted more, disappointed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear light amber pour with small white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, citrus and hops. Taste of yeast, slight citrus, caramel, malts, spice and slightly hoppy finish. Full bodied, medium carbonation, little cloying.

Pours a pale golden with a decent head and nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma is fruity & grainy with some banana and some booziness. Lightly spicy in the aroma, nothing drawing me in especially, but nice enough smelling.

The flavor is very spice forward, a touch sweet with a lot of bright fruitiness, some banana bread, & some huskiness.

I understand that this is a shelf beer.
