COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying.

Clear golden and brilliant white head sits proudly on top. Aroma is a melange of belgian esters and noble-hop qualities. Spicy, a little sweet (ripe banana). There’s a pilsner type influence. Grain maybe. This is more prevalent in the taste which is pilsner driven. Spicy, bitter and a little coarse. Finish reveals some esters. a little yeast, and scratchy bitter-hop flavor. Mild herbal aftertaste. Much more hoppy than other Tripels but the pilsner element and its coarse effect is not to my taste.

Hazy orange colour, with thin white head. The spices lighten up this triple , making it an easy drinking beer.

You can really taste the spices in this beer. It isn’t too heavy and nit too light just a perfect medium. Probably my favorite beer at the moment.

It is one of the best beers I have tasted. I will be back for more and will see where I might purchase it in the bottles

A decent tripel. Very small head that dissipates quickly. Taste is plum with a hoppy bitter finish. I prefer the less hoppy varieties like New Belgium’s tripel, but this one is OK.

The aroma is warm, inviting, and outstanding. Banana and clove action right off the bat but not as much as in a Hefeweizen. More citrus than herbal or floral and that’s just great. The appearance is flawless, featuring a perfectly gold color with a puffy white head that forms lacing all by itself. Constant bubbles shoot upwards. Medium bitter medium sweet and the alcohol is well-noticed here. Flavor is very heavy on the clove at the front of the tongue. Yes, cloves, and a dash of cinnamon is what I detect. The aftertaste is where this one falls a little short, as I feel like I’ve had better tripels before. Still, all in all, an outstanding beer in this class and has a nice warming effect on me.

Slightly hazy golden colour. Aroma is one of belgian origins with yeast, esters, kitchen spice, banana and some dried fruit/apricot thing. More of the same ’tripel’ flavours on the palate with some grassy bitterness as well. It is a pretty decent brew for sure and balanced considering the ABV.
