COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying.

Pours a clear golden with a big, frothy head that dissipates into a cap. A lot of carbonation in this one. Strong aroma of bready yeastiness, followed by cloves and bananas. Yeasty and sweet all the way down. Medium bodied, and has a long, spicy finish. A cheeper, American version of the style, but by no means a bad beer.

From tap @ BBF 2014. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is malty, yeasty, sweet, fruity, a bit spicy. Flavor is moderate sweett and light bitter, light caramel and fruity, no alchool.

bottle. Golden with small head. Sweet and boozy with moderate belgian spice. A little over the top, but nice nonetheless.

Bottle pour average gold with thin white head. Nose Belgian yeast, mild sugar, and spice. Nice balance to aroma. Taste esters come out up front, coriander, allspice, and some sugar. Mid palate balancing sweet malt. Light spicy bitter finish. I always enjoy this one. Fear the monkey!

The best American tripel I’ve had so far. Dark golden and velvety, small silky head, buttery taste and mouthfeel. Essences of spice, floral and some fruit. A little bit of tang and alcohol warmth on the tail end. Nice job!

My personal go-to for an inexpensive tripel. I love this stuff and tend to keep a sixer on hand most of the time.

Very good beer. Strong flavor comes from high alcohol content. Love that two beers does the job ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Chimay glass. Appears a cloudy orange with a bit of white head. Smells light, orange peel, lemon, and yeast. Tastes nice, lemon, orange, coriander, cloves, and yeast. Pretty floral. The palate is medium. A pretty good Tripel! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the bottle golden with a bit of haze light head. Taste is light floral and fruit mild malt and hops, there is a hint of alcohol. Nothing distinguishing overall but not bad at all.
