Aroma heavy on the spice.Citrus and yeast round out the complex aroma. Taste is similar to the smell... very spicy, with hints of citrus and a strong alcohol finish. Not bad, but not a style I really like.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 5, 2010 Bottle, courtesy keepersj12. Poured a darkish yellow tinged orange with a diminishing head. Some citrus, clove and yeast in the aroma. Bright and clean flavour that had a slightly belgian demeanour with notes of banana citrus and spices.. Finish not especially long. Nice one but not my favourite from this excellent brewery. Toxygen (414), Sanford, Florida, USA

| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Dec 30, 2009 Poured a nice orange with a thin white head. Aromas of fruit, oranges, and a bit of malt. Taste is on the sweet side, nice malt, but also a fruity character. This is one of the best beers I have had. Definitely need to try this one if you have not had the opportunity to! | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 30, 2009 Bottle. Pours a copper golden body with a white head. Sweet malty fruity toned body, pear and apple tones, sweet nectar malts, candy like sweetness with a distinct bittering finish. Overtly sweet with a modest warming. A nice session ale despite the abv, meaning a nice balance. Rustyham (598), miami, Florida, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 28, 2009 strong wheat and abrley malt aroma and flavor, thick triple taste with a palate more akin to it’s ABV. This has the body that a lot of triples lack. Slight bitterness, strong floral accents, and a slight sweetness. Like a smoother, sweeter duvel. Really marvelous. Bottle from Lucky Liquors in Miami. arondee (185), Tucson, Arizona, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 28, 2009 I picked a 12oz bottle of this randomly off the shelf today at a store in Manhattan. I cooled it off in the snow bank on the porch and I’m drinking it straight from the bottle. The beer appears to be a clear yellow with tons of sediment floating around in it. It almost looks like lemonade there’s so much crap floating around in there. Aroma is fruity and the taste is complex. There’s fruit, yeast, alcohol, and several different spices. A very good surprise for an off the shelf grab.
