COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three hop varieties have added tremendous zest to this Pale Ale. After a soft and full floral nose, those juicy hops saturate the middle of this amber ale with more flowery fullness. The malt body punctuates the lingering hop richness of this one-of-a-kind ale.

Bottle-tulip. Deep orange with moderate offwhite head. A: dank floral and citrus hops, caramel malt. T: musk, resin, pine hops, caramel malt. Decent, though a little too much sock sweat here.

Clean, fresh hop nose...fantastic. Hazy light amber, slight head. Mildly bitter, mixed with floral, mild bitter finish. Very easy drinking. Nice amount of carbonation.

Pours a darker orangish golden color with off-white head. Grass, pine, floral notes and some light fruits on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes very flowery, floral notes mainly, some grass too.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2015 12oz bottle. Not much aroma, which is pretty odd given the style of beer. Mouthfeel is sticky-juicy, with flavors of grapefruit, sweet orange and caramel. Above average.

four pack from Wegmans. $10, so not cheap. Pours murky brown. Lotís of frothy sticky head. Sticky aroma with lots o dirt. Mouthfeel is moderate with some stickyness. Taste is dirty, but in a good hop way. Not dank, but dirty. Mild pine, grass, dough, soy and wood. Last year it took me at least two of these to really appreciate it. This year was the same. Very good use of fresh hops. you really donít get that from most harvest beers Iíve tried ( i havenít tried a ton however). That being said, since it takes me a few to really appreciate the flavor, Iím knocking it down a couple notches. But worth a four pack purchase.

355ml bottle. Amber pour, ecru head that sticks, nice lacing. Lemon pepper aroma, herbs and grass, bit of citrus zest, baked bread. Flavor is bitter, herbs, some acidity. Not terrible.

Very good pale ale...albeit on the darker side. The hops bring an array of aromas - pine, floral, pith/zest, and spice. Really dig this.

Fairly dark copper color with a small white head. Aroma was fairly strong tropical fruit at first, but faded as it warmed. Not exactly "juicy", and has more pine resin hops flavor with no dank and very little tropical fruit/citrus. A bit too heavy on the malt for a fresh hop ale for my tastes. Itís good, but I was expecting a lot more.

Draft at The Pour House in Westmont, NJ. Pours a very hazy, dark copper color with burnt orange edges and a two finger pillowy white head that very slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Spotty lacing left behind. Slightly earthy floral hop aroma with a strong malt backbone. Some resinous grassy notes but the sweet malts are a bit too strong, overpowering things with hints of caramel, bread, toffee and nut. Full bodied with a dry earthy hop presence thatís countered mid-palate by a sweet malt backbone. Dry and resinous with pine needle and spruce tip flavor followed by sweet caramel malt, toffee, bread and hazelnut. Decent but hop profile is boring and the malt presence are too strong for my liking.
