COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three hop varieties have added tremendous zest to this Pale Ale. After a soft and full floral nose, those juicy hops saturate the middle of this amber ale with more flowery fullness. The malt body punctuates the lingering hop richness of this one-of-a-kind ale.

One of the workers at my local store recommended this one and said it was the best beer he had had in a while. Pours a light amber and clear with minimum head (although it was poured for me in a blind tasting with the other being Ballantine so the head may have dissipated) and little lacing. The aroma is pungent with strong fresh hop notes. Actually in this case the word dank would apply. The pine and grapefruit notes are strong and overall the aroma is excellent. The taste is very juicy with a hint of tropical notes and the perfect amount of malt sweetness. Medium bodied with a dry finish. This beer is excellent and is more in the style of an IPA than a Pale Ale.

12 oz bottle from Andersons in Dublin, OH. Lovely amber pour, medium rocky head, moderate to heavy lacing. Fantastic aroma; so fresh, open hoppy smell, grass, pine, grapefruit, bread/biscuit. Flavor tends toward piney with light caramel and white toast. Medium body, lightly slick, moderately sticky. Really great.

Can you think of a better beer to drink on Thanksgiving? Aroma is VERY hoppy, more resiny than woody, very like an IPA rather than a "regular" PA. Pours a coppery dark amber with a fairly thick buff head. Hoppy, somewhat bitter flavor evokes a quality IPA - a product of the wet-hopping? Sweet malt and citrus undertones nicely balance the hoppy bitterness. Texture is not particularly firm, but not watery either; fizz is strong and persistent, leaving a hoppy finish. Harvest the victory, and Happy Thanksgiving!

Wonderful juicy pine nose. Pine is the forefront in the flavor but there are lush fruity notes that compliment it quite nicely. Bitterness does not linger. Immensely drinkable.

Served on-tap at Al’s of Hampden. Pours clear amber orange with a nice one finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light film, leaving sticky webs of lace on the glass.

Smells of mildly toasted caramel malt, some pine resin, bit of grass and a touch of citric find. Taste is mainly the caramel sweetness and sticky pine resin with some backing chewiness from the malt. Slick, bitter feel with a bitter-sweet finish that lingers long after consumption.

Overall a decent wet hop "pale ale" that has some decent flavor and balance but never really wow’s me in any facet. Nice to try but they make much better hoppy beers than this one.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear, dark Amber with a nice off white head and lots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops and herbal notes combined with some grain and caramel notes. Bitter taste, hoppy and with a dry finish. Very nice beer, very enjoyable.
