COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three hop varieties have added tremendous zest to this Pale Ale. After a soft and full floral nose, those juicy hops saturate the middle of this amber ale with more flowery fullness. The malt body punctuates the lingering hop richness of this one-of-a-kind ale.

Bottle, stamped enjoy by 3/10/15. Nice to see this in Boise and fresh! Pours a deep orange/copper color with a small beige head. Aroma is strong with floral and herbal notes, a little bit of citrus. The freshness is duly noted; floral and herbals, hint of tea. Nice malt base and lingering bitters. Very enjoyable.

Draft @ summits. Another older keg here. Hops are citrus and sweet tropical with lots of floral notes in the nose but a bit dulled out. Taste is a bit more fresh tasting with similar hop profile to the nose and a light body. Need fresh sample.

Bottle. This is why people get excited when they talk about a beer made with fresh hops. Strong hop flavor with a jolt of grapefruit, a bit sour. Nice medium bitterness. Very nice ale!

Pours clear pale amber with one fingers of off white head diminishing gradually to a thin skim, patchy lacing. (3/5) Nose is pine, citrus, black tea, floral notes, mild caramel malt. (8/10) Taste is mild sweet, moderate to strong bitterness. (7/10) Medium body, moderate carbonation, astringent bitter finish. (4/5) A fairly aggressive APA, with a distinctly astringent bitter finish. Lots of flavour, though. If you drink them continuously, that’s not a problem, though! (14/20)

355mL bottle. Pours a deep copper with a small white head. An amazing fresh hop aroma, lots of grapefruit, passion fruit, floral notes. So much flavour to this beer, a big resinous grapefruit, caramel, mango, pine.

Damn tasty stuff. Gentle hops dominate aroma and taste. Aroma is more citrus, taste more pine. Light orange copper body with small soapy head. Mild yellow grapefruit finish. Very well done APA.

Pours crystal clear and gold with a thick off white head. Aroma is dank hops and pine. Taste is like pine blended with mango - if you can imagine that. The pine & mango flavors seem to compete and fight with each other throughout the flavor profile ending only in a grudging bitterness. Like it!

Bottle: Pours clear amber with a thick, off-white head. Tangerine, pineapple aroma. Flavour is sweet, tropical fruits, caramel malt... Very fresh.....citrus-peel and herbal hops. Grapefruit, orange-peel.... Really, really good.
