3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Got a fresh bottle, and the aroma most certainly said so - like fresh spring water, fresh bread, tangerine and hops! The flavor was crisp, with grassy notes and light malts before a delicate hop finish. At 5.2% this is incredibly drinkable, I should have gotten more than one.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught pours a light amber, cloudy yellow. Aromas are cereal and floral with some grass. Tastes were some cereal from the malt, balance by some nice floral, citrus and grassy notes. Body is lighter and the finish is nice and hoppy with a dry edge. Overall a great pale

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Shared with Pat. Poured clean copper. With good head and decent retention. Nose very oniony with sweet malt and light citrus aroma. Sweet malty taste with hops, onion and a little citrus coming through. Good mouth feel. I do not believe this bottle was that fresh. I’ve had this before with more floral aroma and taste.

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours a murky amber with a white foamy head that is slow to dissipate. Smells strongly of cascade hops (grassy) as well as orange and biscuit. Until reading reviews of this I didn’t notice the taste of orange but pouring this in a glass I get more of that and the biscuit taste for the malt. Usually I drink this from the bottle and notice how its probably one of the most hoppy pale ales out their. Gives it more character than other Pale ales and makes an interesting and easily drinkable brew. Delicious

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours an orange-gold with a minimal pale beige head. Nose is a lot of grassy noble hops up front, a fruity-piney perfume, some bready, biscuity malt, and lightest citrus. Taste is mostly bitter, without a lot of sweetness, though some develops with a little warmth. Palate is softer but slightly tingly carbonation, light bodied, with a bitter tea-like finish. This was a nice refreshing beer on another record heat day in the deadzone. A solid session beer with plenty of character.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Moderate malt notes of light bread and roasted, dried herbs and pine for the hops, faint soap for the yeast, with hints of apple juice, melon and light dried fruit like apricot. Head is average size, frothy, slightly off-white with some slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is sparkling clear light amber/orange, Flavor starts faintly sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is on the lighter side of medium, a little slick with a lively carbonation. This is a very good American Pale Ale with a nice fruity aspect to it.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A really good and refreshing American pale ale. Up front profile is of sharp and fresh hops, perhaps mostly Cascade. The beginning will remind you of a beer that will be either much heavier or sharper, or more alcoholic. But the finish is very smooth and clean, surprisingly so considering the rich complexity up front. And it is only 5.2%, somewhat weak for most IPAs or PAs. A very fine and quaffable session beer.

Draft. Rich O's. Orange, thin wispy white head. Grassy, resinous, like fresh cascade or centennial, toasty malt aroma. Dry, bitter, some citrus.
