3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This was a very crisp pale ale and i say that in a very good way. The pour was beautiful with a very nice head and hoppy aroma. The taste was smooth and the water was really the star.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JUN 14, 2011 This was purchased to taste from The Caboose in Ashland. Victory is an excelllent brewery. The ale poured a clear golden to light amber color with a some orange. No lacing while head that dissapated. The bitter flavors are balanced with some a flinty or piny taste. The hops could be greener than I am used to. Not a difficult APA to drink but unusual. Smooth finish with some bitterness remaining. My second was purchased at Total Wine and More in June. An overall good APA for anytime.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Henrys: Created a delicate layer of foamed head while the liquid was a golden copper color. The nose is dominated by green fresh hop pellets that surprise since this was only a pale ale, but then again it’s from Victory. The flavor is bitter with an upfront taste of grapefruit or other citrus like juice that has a harsh and bitter bite from the hops in the finish. This is strong and above average pale ale but why does Victory charge so much money for their beers?

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Deep amber pour with a moderate white head. Citrusy aroma with some hops. Flavor is exceptionally smooth, but a bit thin for my taste. A fine beer for having a few.

Bronze w. a light covering. Simple floral character with a pleasant cleanness to it. Moderately hoppy flavor with the feeling of being a bit watered down. Floral character throughout with a grainy finish on the palate.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very light in color, alcohol, and aroma. Slight citrusy characters similar to the Hop Wallop. Nice bitter grapefruit flavor that is very very crisp. As soon the bitter flavor hits the tongue it virtually disappears. Very nice drinkable beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Mad mex. Nice golden color, nice head not much lacing. Comes across more like a german hopped lager, just a tad thin and a bit too much carbonation. Balanced for malts and hops.
