355ml bottle @ home. Ordered from Ales By Mail. Fourth beer from Victory. Great body and nice colour, fruity aroma. Delicious pale ale!

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
This is the finest pale ale I’ve ever had. Excellent hop aroma and flavor with citrus and pine. Clean, crisp and very drinkable. Hoppy enough to be an IPA with only a light touch of malt sweetnesss. Excellent. I was a bit surprised by this beer because I’m not a big fan of Hopdevil.

3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
The appearance is like light iced tea in color. Moderate head and appropriate lacing. The aroma is pretty strong hops and citrus. The taste is fairly mild compared to the aroma. It’s medium hoppy and very drinkable- would be an excellent session beer.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours golden amber with a creamy head. Fairly nice hop aroma, but not strong. Crisp and dry. Grapefruity notes. Floral hops. Slight malt finish. Medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A light and refreshing beer. Maybe too light for a pale ale; this is more reminiscent of a pilsner. However, it’s and enjoyable beer.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This beer was highly ranked, i found it to be lacking. The aroma is nothing to write home about and the color is run of the mill golden. Taste in the beginning is crisp but soon has a funky, off quality that continues in the aftertaste. Overall this beer did nothing but disappoint which is odd considering that Victory is one of my favorite breweries. I would not buy it again, nor would I recommend purchasing this to anyone.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Lighter bodied pale ale from Victory. Big hop aroma, lots of citrus. Thin body on a yellow/golden beer. Lots of citrus hop flavor. Little malt backbone. I prefer my pale ales with more malt character and a bit more body, but I will be drinking a lot of this one. Very refreshing

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours very light amber. Big grape fruit on the nose. Citrus hope on nose with adequate malt to provide balance. Absolutely beautiful pale ale. Victory!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Nice pale color - perfect for pale ale. Decent off white head. Citrus and pine aroma, flavor surprises with some biscuit notes up front into the piney/citrusy aroma. Very nice pale ale.

Beautiful beer poured from a bottle. Nothing special in my view. In the review video (http://www.victorybeer.com/beers/headwaters/& the CEO of Victory notes the citra hop. But, this doesn't taste like citra to me. Earthy taste rather than the provinces citra flavor.
