3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear golden with a fast-fading white head. Aroma is of an open field in Belgium; lots of flowers and pollen and lavender and dandelion with a pepperiness I canít put my finger on. Flavor is nice and floral with a balanced bitterness that brings more floral hoppy tones leading to a dry biscuit/barn malt finish. Lots of flowers (and more dandelion) and a little pepper. This seriously tastes more like dandelion than that dandelion beer New Belgium made.

This is a pretty nice citrus-wheat-saison mix. Nothing mind blowing but a unique brew that tantalized the mind!

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at The Daily Pint. Looks like liquid gold with a slight haze, thick white head and excellent lace. Light citrus aromas, mostly lemon and grapefruit, with coriander, yeast and spices. Citrus flavor up front, with plenty of style-appropriate funk, barnyard, yeast, earthiness and pepper. Light body, explosive carbonation, prickly mouthfeel and a crisp finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours golden with a bit of haze. Big white head.
Smells citrusy. Lemon and orange up front.
Tastes- Mainly citrusy. Lemon and orange. A little but of spice but less than most saisons I have had.
Mouthfeel-Crisp and carbonated.
Overall- A very nice beer. I like a little more balance between spice and citrus in saisons whereas this beer seems pretty tilted towards the citrus but still a pretty enjoyable beer and at a great price.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
I guess this is a re-creation of the V Saison. Itís the same beer, just repackaged and cheaper - WAY cheaper. At under $4, this one is a steal!
Ap: A bit darker than straw color, slight cloudiness, with a mild head, and tons of carbonation. Nice!
Ar: Lemon and Orange upfront. No alcohol yet, just pure fruitiness.
T: Very strong yeast in the flavor. I would almost describe this as carbonated orange juice, baking soda, with a twist of lemon. I can definitely taste Victoryís refreshing hop profile throughout.
P: I love the fluffiness of the bubbles. The yeast hits the mouth hard, but doesnít coat - it merely acts as a buffer to the sweetness.
O: I am able to take pretty substantial size gulps without wincing. Highly drinkable!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from a bomber into a Victory pint glass.
Bright lemon with a white head. Nice white lacing as consumed.
Funky farmhouse off the top. So love Saisons!
Carbonation is perfect for this lemony hop beverage. Excellent balance of flavor.
Overall a beautiful beverage.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle; 2013 batch. Light amber/yellow appearance. Thick white head dissolved rapidly as bubbles streamed up the center of the beer. Aroma of lemon, dirt---and very powerful (stuck my nose in there often). Taste is like a light farmhouse: like a crate of dirty, mildly sour apples washed in sun. Very drinkable. Will return to often in summer months.
