Not too impressed eith this double ipa. Very carbonated and tasted a lot like squirt. Hard to find the hopps and it was just not good. Had at home out of a bottle ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very nice citrus aroma with a good deal of malt as a base. The look is very light Amber, like a macro lager with a thin white head. The flavor has the sweet malt base with the hops dominating. The finish is crisp and clean. Well done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap - Pours clear golden with a white head. Nose is fruity citrus hops, a little onion dankness, and a good deal of dry yeasty malt. Taste is the same, with the malt pushing through on top of the tropical fruit/citrus hops. Well-carbonated with a medium body.

Bottle. Completely clear orangish / yellow color with some lasting head retention. The aroma is really pleasant. Plenty of citrus fruit with mild pine and nice floral notes.

The flavor starts mildly sweet with a good bready chewy type malt. The sweetness is here but doesn’t take over at all. This bad boy is all about the hops. Starts fruity (lots of lemons and oranges) and turns into lightly dank, green hops. Scallions and lightly herbal and peppery. In the finish just a tone of pine. Just a great array of hop flavors. The mouthfeel is lightly effervescent with the alcohol totally hidden in the flavor. This was a fresher bottle and was a very nice surprise because I am very picky about bottled IPA’s. Would love to re- rate if I come across this on draft, well above average. A winner!

Abnormally blonde for an imperial ipa. Nose is super bubblegum and taste is not much different. If you want some Bazooka Joe, it’s not bad, but I didn’t finish mine.

12oz bottle picked up in West Philadephia. Pretty legit modern IIPA. The hops aren’t really that exciting or overboard, the big rich malts still carry this through, but it has a cleaner feel than IIPAs of yesteryear. An enjoyable enough beer, but I think Dirtwolf has it beat.

Aroma is sort of funky citrus (mango/orange). Hop bite seems more up front and fades to finish tart citrus; not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The alcohol taste stays with you through each sip, leaving a dull, slightly bitter - but likable - pallate.
