Draft. Very delicious. Lighter and brighter than Dirt Wolf (which I also love), this is more floral with accented, zest-like citrus, especially up front. This is a IIPA you can actually enjoy with food (an not necessarily food as bold as is listed in the description), whereas DW, with its heavier, more resiny body suits me better on its own.

Poured a bright orange color with a small white head. Big juicy fruit hop aroma, good bit of citrus mixed with an earthy grassiness. Flavors were slightly sweet with good bits of resin and spruce. Light bittersweet finish lingered. Average carbonation with a slick, oily mouthfeel. I’m becoming a huge fan of almost anything Victory does.

4 pack at a reasonable price. Clear gold, ample white head. Smell is tropical and citrus fruit with a crisp malt backing. Taste is juicy hops of tropical and citrus of orange, mango, peach with a decently light body given the 9%. LIngering medium bitter finish with some sweetness that lasts on the tongue.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow; easy to end up with lots of yeast flakes in suspension if you’re not careful. Primarily a floral and citrus aroma; smells sweet, though not at all malty. Definitely a sweet DIPA. Tastes of indistinct citrus fruit with a heavy sweetness battling it out with significant bitterness. The sweetness sticks around in the finish, but the beer’s bitterness wins in the end. Medium+ bodied and a touch sticky; average carbonation.

12 oz pour, faintly cloudy yellow golden pour, with creamy white diminishing head, minimal lacing, there are tiny floaters almost like little bits of pulp, smells of juicy passion fruit hop nicely balanced with the right touch of unique bitterness, with a nice balance, taste is a bit mango and grapefruit with some tanginess, more juicy than carbonated, a bit like Hawaiian Punch, very nice and intoxicating, enjoyable, not to sweet

Bottled. Poured clear medium golden with a creamy beige head. The aroma picked up pineapple and stone fruit hoppage over soft bread and lightly-honeyed malts. The flavor found bread and mango sweetness at the core with mango, pineapple, and lesser peppery hoppage around.. finished with citrus bitterness and a peppery alcohol kick.. tasty. Medium-plus bodied with good balance on the palate.. almost buttery-smooth on the middle.. nice one!

Very nice citrus aroma with a good deal of malt as a base. The look is very light Amber, like a macro lager with a thin white head. The flavor has the sweet malt base with the hops dominating. The finish is crisp and clean. Well done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
