3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Mild hop aroma with a hint of copper. creamy blanket of head that stays firmly on top of the beer that does not dissipate. Hazy amber in color.
Expect some residual sweetness with medium body. Hop forward taste that goes a bit overboard on the IBUs. Expect a spicy bitterness that lingers. Not as balanced as some other DIPAs I’ve tried.
Overall, a decent DIPA that goes a bit overboard on the bitterness.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at home while visiting Jacksonville. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Aroma has mango, orange, light veg, overripe fruits... Medium body, light to medium carbonation. Lightly sticky, with light caramel, mango, orange, pine, light woody resin, grapefruit, toast... Nice balance, tasty but a touch sweet for me.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
bottle. hazy light gold with sediment. fruity passionfruit and mango aromas. a tropical hop flavored 2ipa. very smooth with a fullish body that relies on the abv to dry out the palate. they used these hop varieties well to bring out the best flavors in each.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle - Pours a clear amber/golden with a fairly big, creamy head with some lacing. Orange and mango aromas. Good mouth feel, juicy. Well balanced with citrus, mango and pine notes. Starts with citrus, then sweetness, finishing with some bitterness. Good beer that does not show the 9%.

Good mix of hops and malt here. Booze well tempered. Comes together very well. Pours golden blonde with good head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Hint of florals. Tap at Birch and Barley.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours light for an IPA, and as an imperial I would call it an albino. The sweet grassy and floral aroma was enticing, but I found the aroma didn't translate to any substantial flavor and it felt bitter and medicinal on the tongue.

One of the smoothest ipa’s much less an imperial. A little to flowery or else it would be perfect.
