Tropical citrus hop aroma. Flavor is the same with a slight piney bitter finish. For a light beer there is a nice malt balance. Flavorful session IPA. In the ballpark of founders all day, but I think I like founders all day a touch more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with a thick, three centimetre tall pure white, soapy head. Aroma of bright grassy and herbal hops with some pungent alcohol and grassy bitterness as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and herbal flavours with a good kick of white pepper, herbs and hops as well, all on the finale. Overall, a fairly good light IPA, with some depth still coming out here. I sampled this twevle ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 28-March-2015 for US$2,49 sampled at home in Washington on 27-April-2015.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear light gold with a foamy medium sized white head. Aroma of crisp malt, floral notes, bitter hops and light funk. Taste of floral notes, bitter hops, crisp malt, and watery grapefruit. Nice session stuff.

Tap at stags head. Thin yellow pour white head. Nose is plenty hoppy with slight tropical fruits. Tastes of pineapple, grassy, hops without being bitter, some hay. Thin palate. Juicy finish. Easy to pound if that’s your fancy

Bottle. Pours a pale straw yellow , medium white head, decent retention and lacing. Nose is light citrus, hay, see faint. Mouth is light bodied, pale malt, slight bitterness, lemongrass. Pretty average session beer from a brewery I typically expect greatness from. Hopefully 20th is a more remarkable anniversary.

Bottle. I have to say, I really love "session" IPAs. Golden in color with a nice head. Hoppy, citrus, spruce aroma. Taste is a mild citrus and spruce. Not a blow your taste buds away IPA just a perfect tasting one.

Straw pour, white head. Aroma is floral, citrus, and yeast. Flavor is very grassy and floral with pale malt backbone. A bit thin. Disappointing.

pours unclear pale yellow with a small white cap, reviving and leaving some lacing. spicy and crackery pils maltiness, floral citrus, subtle nz-like hops, light fruitiness - pears and white grapes; some peach candies, catpee, leafy herbal tea - touch of soil/dirt. light carbonation, light body - slightly watery; balanced spicy-citrusy finish. nz/american/english session ipa. very nice!
