12 ounce bottle - Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Appearance: Pours a clear, soft-hued yellow body with a smallish, white head. Slim, stray ribbons of lace.

Smell: Modestly-scented pils malts, lemon and grapefruit, subtle florals and a dried herb note.

Taste: Crackery, faintly bready, lightly grainy pils malts with just a sliver of sweetness. Floral, chiefly citrusy hops with a spreading grassy herbaceousness. Medium bitterness. A bit more resting dough on the backhalf. Grassy, lightly resiny, dry finish with some lingering bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.

Overall: It’s good at being a low-alcohol IPA.

Crystal clear pale yellow green, glowing, minimal head produced and subtle ring around the base. Grassy hop aroma, herbal spicy mostly grassy. No malt aromatics. The beer is very crisp with a high level of drinkability. The grassy notes come through in the taste. Slight bitterness towards the finish. Overall it’s very bright and clean and crisp but I would have like more from the hops. The grassy slight dank quality is great buts it’s a bit 1 deminsional.

Thin yellow pour small but tight white head. Nose is fruity citrus. Bitter. Middle is light malt and some woody hop flavor. Finish is dry, light and refreshing. Good session IPA.

As Jimmy would say, it's barky. If I'm going to drink an IPA, I'd prefer Dogfish. There's no body, all hops, and is light in flavor. Never again...unless my mouth was on fire. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nineteen years as a brewery and this is what you produce. A boring session ale. Well, I guess after 19 years you settle into your ways and churn out boring beer. Light citrus, light bitter finish. Lager golden pour. Tap at Glens.

Pale yellow, little head. Clean hop nose. Sharp bitter start, but not overwhelming. Consistent throughout. Decent carbonation. Clean, quality IPA.

12oz bottle. Yellow color. Aroma of soap. Hop florals. Tastes like watered, pale grains. Finishes with a harsh bitterness, like eating soap. (4296)

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2015 12 oz. Pours lightly foggy and yellow with a loose head that mostly disappears. Aroma is grainy toast, honey, resin, mint and light lemon zest. Flavors of mint, chive, lemon zest, toasted grain, dry grass and honey. Light-medium body is mostly balanced, but is a bit harsh in spots. Medium carbonation is nice.

12 oz bottle with new and nicer label. Looks like a light IPA: it is light and pale relative to the average regular IPA. The smells suggests otherwise: there’s plenty of hop aroma and the bold flavor backs this up. Hops emphasize the herbal side but help carry some complexity. O: actually succeeds as a session IPA rather than being, say, a renamed APA: it has plenty of hop aroma and flavor and he low ABV is not obvious. Not the hop mix I personally want to consume in large quantity but effects will differ across users.

Pours clear golden with a thin beige head, very fine lacing, moderate retention. Aromas of grapefruit, pine resin, grass, biscuit. Light body, medium carbonation, crisp. Lightly sweet, lasting medium bitter finish. Very enjoyable and quaffable session IPA.
