COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

6 pack brought back from Atlantic City by a good friend of mine. Aroma is sweet, light hop. Pours a dark copper colour, with a good 2 finger head with some spotty lacing. Taste is surprisingly thin ( I was anticipating it to be a little syrupy). It’s bitter and smooth, stays on the tongue a little. Decent mouth feel.

Purchased at the Fireside in Strasburg, PA. Overall, this was a fantastic IPA. Pours with a hazy amber color, producing a solid standing white head with tight and sticky lacing. The nose is hoppy, as the name suggests: sweet, with florally, mildly fruity and piney aromas. The taste is decently balanced, although I the malt hints could be a bit stronger. It starts out sweet, with notes of pine and tropical fruits, that transitions to some malty notes. The finish is dry, hoppy and lasting – perhaps a bit too lasting. Simply wonderful!

Poured from a bottle. Appearance is an amber with a sticky beige head that dissipates quickly and leaves little to no lacing. Aroma is musty hops. Taste is bitter, granny Smith apples minus the sourness. Long dry finish.

0,355 l bottle, bought and tasted at GBBF.
Amber colored one with a creamy tan head. Aroma of berries, candies with a resiny pine character, some tropical citrus fruits. Caramel base at the first slip, after that arrives a well balanced resiny-fruity bitterness. Wellbalanced, fine IPA.

Bottle at home. Dark reddish orange, big white head that fades to a thin film. Resinous floral hop nose, some passion fruit/tropical/citrus too. Sweet fruit caramel front with big juicy bitterness. Long linger. Really well-balanced, really tasty.

Bottle, beermerchants.com. Another great hop aroma, with caramel sweetness. The flavour is surprisingly subtle on the front of the palate, with more caramel and some woody bark at the back. A well flavoured beer with the alcohol kept in check and just a hint of heat coming in the chest. Nicely balanced sparkling beer.

Pours a nice amber color with a lasting head, hoppy aroma. Tastes of hops, finishes bitter but doesn’t linger. Very good.
