COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

I see why this is praised. Pours an off amber with a light, white head. Subtle floral and citrus aroma. Big flavor, but not overpowering with hops. Finishes with a bite, but dissipates quickly. A tad sweet, caramel. Reminds me of the Sam Smith IPA. Medium bodied. Overall, a very enjoyable IPA. Shoots to the top, or close to it for me. First Victory for me.

Orangish amber color with a nice head and lacing. The aroma is caramel and slight hints of fruit and nuts. The taste is slightly bitter with a full-bodied mouthfeel. Finish is clean, feels citrusy and leaves a bitterness that is appetizing.

Pours a lightly hazy orange - nice head tool. Smells light but tart, full of hops and sharp citrus notes. Tasted great with a full hop flavor, sweet citrus notes following with the high carbonation. Finished bitter and dry, wonderful!

Bottle.Light amber, short and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and caramel sweetish aroma, lots of fruitiness with some spiciness, pineapple and piney hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, fruitiness and caramel, pineapple and piney hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, fruitiness and some caramel, some pineapple and piney hoppyness. Caramel sweetish IPA – could use more hoppyness (and less caramel).

Pours almost reddish copper color. Nice head that lingered. Decent lacing throughout the glass. Nice hop flavor that isn’t overpowering. Long hoppy finish. A great IPA.

Bottle @ Kitty’s, Helsinki. Originally rated on 10.7.2010. Nice, hoppy and fruity IPA. Slightly unbalanced, though.

Clear, bold orange color. Tan (for an IPA) thin fading head. Sweet, piney hops taste, dry texture. Light carbonation. A typical decent IPA, for the most part. Not terribly unique or unusual, but for me that’s no problem, because I love IPAs. Satisfies.

Bottle that was supposedly fresh from Jcos. Tasted like a slightly hoppy pale ale, not an IPA. Much darker and maltier than an IPA...didn’t have the full body hop of an IPA nor the strength in hop. As an american pale ale it was decent...little extra hop kick to a relatively flat and balanced ale.
