3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Long Island, NY - 12 oz. bottle pours a reddish copper color with little head an no lacing. Aroma is floral with a hoppppy back bone. Taste is rather sharp at first followed by IBU greatness. There is good flavors and tang from the hops but you get a good bit of malt as well. This is a well thought out and produced IPA ---rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A: Amber with a white head and good retention.
N: Bright grapefruit ,pine needles, some malt and cracker. Black pepper, spice - sage. Cedar.
T: Bitter and spicy. Big hops running through, light malt.
M: Sticky, medium body, lack of alcohol.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 fl oz bottle. Clear deep golden orange amber colour, frothy foam off-white head leaving lots of lacing and aroma of tropical fruits & citrus hops. Taste is malt caramel nicely balanced against floral spicy grapefruit & pine hop resin bitterness. Slight oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry lingering bitter finish. Very drinkable IPA.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear copper with small watery white head. Aroma is very nice, big malts and yeasty hops, clove, pepper. Taste is quite boring compared to the smell - hop without much else to it, a little watery. Medium body with a little bit of slickness to it. Not bad but the 3.79 rating led me to expect more - would be so much better if there were more malt (and flavour beside just hop) to the taste.

Dark amber pour. Sweet hoppy aroma. Tastes bitter but a bit thin and not much else going on. Crisp and clean but nothing too exciting.

Balanced and bold, this amber colored IPA has a nice malty backbone with distinct piney hop flavor on the end.

3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours clear amber with an off-white lasting head that leaves excellent lacing. Almost no aroma to speak of-just faint maltiness. Taste is lightly sweet and lightly bitter, light to medium body, average carbonation, solid malt backbone to balance the hop bitterness. Thin texture leading to a short clean bitter finish.
