COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

Bottle 33 cl from systembolaget. Amber with a thin beige head. Malty, caramel, fudge, slight hop tone. Some bitterness, wormwood, maltiness. Medium/light body, medium/low carbonation, slightly bitter finish. Maybe too old, no fresh hops aroma.

Gurthnar (3027) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUL 19, 2015
Bottle from Damian Beer and Ale. Hoppy piney citrusy aroma, grapefruit. Resiny. Slightly hazy reddish amber colour, small head. Taste is hop-centered. High bitterness, a little bit harsh, alcohol slightly poking out. Light balancing candyish sugary maltiness. Overall seems somewhat unbalanced and unnecessarily harsh considering the not so high ABV.

elbernays (880) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUL 18, 2015
Bottle from Blackrock cellar. Pours amber. Pine, butter, earth aroma. Again a bit stale. Butterscotch, wood, caramel with mild grassy bitter finish. Medium Carbonation. Light body. A bit unbalanced on the hops. Think it’s off a bit.

rader58 (820) - Leawood, Kansas, USA - JUL 15, 2015
12 oz bottle. Pours clear copper color. Aroma of lemon, mango, some sort of sweetness, and pine. Flavor is more bitter than the aroma. Pine, resin, a hint of citrus. This seems a touch overly harsh for my palate. Beer needs to sit for a bit. Harshness will dissipate slightly to make it much more palatable.

Kita (1470) - Koper, SLOVENIA - JUL 7, 2015
Bottle, 0.355l. Clear amber color with medium soapy off-white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grass, resin, pumpkin, pineapple and caramel. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and cereals, follows refreshing grassy and resinous, mouthfeel is spicy, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Real devil...

bennetporter (361) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 6, 2015
Pours a copper from a bottle, thin off-white head despite vigorous pour, quickly dissipates with little lacing. Very much disappointed in this beer based on existing ratings of others. Smells like sour milk, pine-sol and citrus, flavor is similar with a little dark corn syrup/fake-o maple syrup, bitter bitter grapefruit and maybe some coffee? Kind of a jumble, blech.
