COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

Pours hazy amber with thin creamy head. Dry, hoppy aroma of peaches, lemon and some pine. Balanced caramel malts, some white toast, slightly nutty finish. Very well balanced flavor, firm malt body and enough hop bitterness. Finishes pleasantly hoppy and fruity, slightly resiny. Oily, almost full bodied. Low carbonation. Nice, balanced IPA.

Bottle and tap at Victory. Sort of a spicier yet not as strong cousin to Hop Wallop. Different hop schedule, but a very good beer!

Bottle. Brown/amber with some off white head that laces nicely. Aroma is hoppy with some citrus, herbaceous and earthy notes, along with a nice malty character. Taste is somewhat spicy, decent amount of bitterness, dry. Well balanced, very solid and smooth.

Deep orange brown. Citrus hoppy aroma. Flavor is crisp, citrus and grassy hops, bitter, with a quite bitter finish.

Clear amber-to-orange pour with a good white and frothy head with good lacing. Aroma is moderate to heavy malt, some caramel, and pine. Flavor is surprisingly moderately sweet and heavy bitterness. Finishes quite bitter with soft mouthfeel.

Suprisingly smooth pour for a beer with "Hop" in its name. Nice translucent pumpkin orange pour with a short pillowly head that hung on the surface even through several tastings. It presented little aroma but what existed was bitter, doughy and subdued. My first thought based on observation was that beer was flat. Soft and smooth on the tongue with the rapidly developing sticky and heavy finish that is expected of the higher ABV. Simple taste is bitter and suprises you with the hidden fizz. As it settles there is a strong lean toward sour. Overall and excellently drinkable beer that although bitter slides nicely in the mouth and settles nicely in the stomach.

Nice craftwork but too much hops. Anyway I had to try it. Nice features and head. i liked the colour.

bottle, pours a dark orangish blonde with a small deep couloured white head. aroma of hops and citrus. lives up to its name as a ’hop devil’, taste of hops hits you but doesnt overwhelm you, slight bitterness to finish but fades quickly. I liked it but the taste and bitterness fade a little too quickly. still definately worth the try.
