Pours golden hue with light head. Aroma non existence. Taste a little water downed. Hops give a bitter taste but note fades immediately.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2010 Bottle. Clear dark orange amber colour. Off white head. Aroma is very hoppy and passion fruity. Taste is hoppy bitter, earthy, grapefruit, spice. Mouthfeel and body is ok. Ok in Sweden, probably better on tap in the states.

Pretty dark red translucent pour. Smells like christmas.. pine, spices, burnt pine. Abrasive hops, citrus, grapefruit, bitter all the way through. Some sweetness, burnt malts in the middle, long dry bitter finish. Abrasive, a hopheads happiness.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2010 Ruby red pour with frothy head. Very good lacing. Strong hoppy aroma. Surprisingly smooth flavor. Hop profile, while potent, isn’t overpowering. Doesn’t linger long. Medium body. Tasty and surprisingly easy to drink for an IPA. One of the most balanced IPAs I’ve had.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 muujer (12) - Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 16, 2010
Pours a dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is faint pine and citrus. Carbonation in this one is a little too low for my taste. Wonderful strong hoppy flavor. Slightly bitter on the finish. This one is good, but not my favorite IPA.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 scarletfire65 (420) - Rockaway Park, New York, USA - NOV 15, 2010
UPDATED: JAN 8, 2012 This is the beer that got me hooked on craft beer. The pour is a clear amber with a lasting beige head. The aroma is bursting with citrus, caramel, and some distant fruit (berries). Medium bodied, medium carbonation, very nicely balanced and a great dry hoppy finish. Very drinkable and a great aperitif or great with bar food.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 TheGB (295) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - NOV 5, 2010
Has somewhat of a funky vegetable aroma and hops. Nice smooth taste with a bit of malt balance. I’ve had this before, don’t remember the funky aroma.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 pkbites (478) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 1, 2010
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2010 Pours a copper/orange with a creamy beige head. The head is very malty and a great contrast to the hoppy brew underneath. Floral and slightly citrus hops dance on the palate. I can taste this all the way into my olfactory. This is delightfully bitter, but extra low carbonation makes it very smooth.
